How to cope with change
If there is one constant in life, it is change! And at the same time, if there is a somewhat innate way of reacting to change, that is resistance to change.
Changes of any kind can be challenging and most of the time we do not know how to react to them, how to manage them and how to get through them with flying colours.
The great news is that there are methods to help us triumph through change, accept it, and understand how to make it work to our advantage.

About me
My career in the field of personal development began as a teacher in 2010. I stepped into this adventure with great joy and enthusiasm and always felt that my role was to pass the magic on.
5 years ago I started building my own path as a Mentor and Counsellor, thus honoring my purpose of inspiring and guiding my fellows. As a Solution Focused Coach, I am looking at all the options and opportunities that we can consciously discover together.
